Payment & Cancellation Policy

Our Goal
Is to provide quality grooming services in a timely manner. In order to do so, we as Classic Fadez Barbershop adhere to our cancellation and no show policy. The policy enables us to better utilize available appointments for our customer’s needs.

Cancellation Of An Appointment
In order to be respectful of other customer’s needs, please be courteous & call our shop promptly if you are unable to attend an appointment. This time will be given to someone who is in urgent need of our services. As the customer, you will be responsible for cancelling & rescheduling the appointment.

No Show Policy
A 'no show' is an appointment that was not canceled in advance (minimum an hour), no shows inconvenience other customers who are in need. 'No show' scheduled appointments will result in longer wait time for a new appointment or missed out taking on a customer who is in need. Therefore you will be charged (PAY 100%) for missed appointments based on the service scheduled.

Late Arrivals
In an effort to serve our customers in a timely manner, we ask you are on time for your scheduled appointment. In the event you are running late, please call & notify us. If you are more than (10 minutes late) to your scheduled appointment, you may be asked to reschedule, depending on your barber availability to fit you in.

Abuse Of The Policy
Could result of appointment restrictions up to refusal of providing future services permanently from our online scheduling (Booksy).

Last Call For Walk-ins
Would be at 7:10pm during the week (Monday–Friday), & on Saturdays at 4:30pm.
